Today, except piercing nose and ears, some women practice piercing of the tongue, lips and even the vagina is followed. And you definitely should not do that.

You should change your pad frequently during menstrual cycle in order to maintain a proper hygiene of vagina during that period. In fact, you should change the pad at regular intervals as there is risk of bacterial infection during the menstrual cycle
During menstrual cycle the Ph level of the women increases and if the pad isn’t changed for a long time then toxic shock syndrome may occur.
This syndrome is very dangerous bacterial infection which is harmful and life threatening.
  1. Avoid sharp objects
You should be aware that putting any kind of sharp object inside leads to a high risk of internal tear causing the internal bleeding and this is said to be very dangerous to the health of woman’s body
This in same time increases the risk of bacterial infection and lead to an uncontrollable irritation.
In the stores there are various artificial elements which are designed for anal play. You should not use them as may cause bacterial infections to the vagina. Also, avoid any kind of vegetables as they may contain pesticides.
