EAT 5 WALNUTS AND WAIT 4 HOURS: THIS IS WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU!

It is a common knowledge that nuts are really good for our health, but a research that was conducted recently revealed that if you eat a handful of nuts per day it will protect you from heart diseases. Consume them regularly and improve the health of your heart significantly. Besides this the research was also concerned with the effect that it has on the cholesterol and blood vessels. They concluded that only 4 hours after the consumption the blood flow is improved. So they announced that nuts consumption protects from cardiovascular diseases.
Dr. Penny Kris Eterton, professor and nutrition at Penn State University in Pennsylvania who took part in the research said: “And only by consuming a handful of walnuts or walnut oil for four days in a week you can significantly reduce the risk of heart disease”.
During the research they identified the portion needed to eat daily for improvement of your health. According to them consumption of 3 tablespoon which is about 51gr of walnut oil is enough to improve the blood vessels in 4 hours.

Walnut oil was also proven to be good for the integrity of endothelial cells, which play important role in the flexibility of blood vessels.
