The exercising leads to significant fall into the quality of sleep and progressiveness.
The researches have been conducted on 20 persons. 10 persons had a task to exercise every day, and the rest had a task to act normal and not to exercise.
The group that was exercising every day had bad mood, bad schedule of commitments and fall in quality of sleep.
The group that wasn’t exercising was a lot happier and always were free to go out with their friends for a drink, to breathe fresh air, which is not a case with those who were exercising. They didn’t have time for hanging out and communication with others.
