Fast Weight Loss Diet: How To Lose 7 Kg Of Weight In Just 1 Week


This fast short diet is great for after the holiday period – when we eat more.
  • 2 ounces of distilled water

  • 2 tablespoons of organic lemon juice (if you do not have an organic lemon, this from the store, wash with a solution of baking soda)
