Here’s what you need to know – well, you should remember and follow these helpful tips from the lead researcher of this study, who is also a former federal veterinary inspector: It’s extremely important for all of us to read the declaration papers on the products we usually buy. The first and the most important reason not to buy sausages, hot dogs or salami product is if you see the MSM sign on the declaration. This sign means that the meat you’re about to buy is mechanically separated and grinded together with the bones. To make matters worse, it’s also mixed with antibiotics, hormones, heavy metals, and other toxins.
Other substances that you need to look out for are the emulsifier nitrites marked as E249, E250, E251, and E252. These compounds are detrimental because when they’re mixed in with the amino acids from the meat, they create carcinogenic nitrosamine compound. Also, the polyphosphates, which are usually marked as E451, E452, and E453, are genotoxic, i.e. they damage the genes.
E407 means that the product contains a compound which sticks on the intestinal walls creating sores that later transform into colon cancer. Many of your favorite meat products are packed with glutamate-a flavor enhancer. The head of the researcher added that if you’re buying pork chops, you need to make sure that the meat has no white fat or water over it. This means that the animal was given antibiotics and different growth hormones.

When you cook meat, especially when you fry it, make sure not to burn it because dioxin will be released. This is a carcinogenic compound. Therefore, it’s better to roast the meat wrapped in an aluminum foil. If you’re a fan of the smell of smoke, cook the meat on a homemade charcoal grill.
In doing so it is very important to ensure that you place the meat on the grid when the coal stops smoking. The most important thing, however is that the children certainly should not be given products like these, especially not pates and sausages.
