You Will Never Eat Chicken Wings Again After Trying These Gluten-Free Cauliflower Wings


This recipe is ideal for dinner, snack, or appetizer to bring to a party!  It is easy to make, healthy, and extremely delicious!The key ingredient is cauliflower, which is known for its wide plethora of health benefits!
-Rich in vitamin K, which increases the bioavailability of calcium for healthy bones and teeth
-Great source of folate, which is important for preventing anemia

-High in vitamin B6, which regulates blood sugar and promotes healthy immune system
-Excellent source of vitamin C
-High in fiber
Cauliflower is also abundant in antioxidants.  This means that regular consumption of this veggie helps keep free radicals in check and thus promote healthy skin and even prevent cancer.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup garbanzo bean flour
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into pieces
  • 2/3 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. melted butter or ghee
  • Preheat the oven to 450F
  • Mix the water, flour, garlic powder, and salt into a medium size bowl
  • Put the cauliflower into the batter, making sure each piece is completely coated
  • Put the battered cauliflower pieces onto a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes
  • Combine the hot sauce and butter/ ghee into bowl
  • When the cauliflower is done, toss it into the hot sauce mixture and the put it back onto the baking sheet
  • Bake for about 25 minutes or until it becomes crispy
  • Allow it to cool
