3. And for the final step, drink beverages which are free of calories. Slushies, milk shakes, sodas, beer, wine – these are all drinks which contain a high amount of calories in them.
If you are n the process of losing weight, you should definitely avoid consuming these drinks. To promote faster weight loss, replace all of these beverages with water and healthy, natural, diet drinks. Every time before you sit down to eat, have a glass of water first.
