This Spice Increases Weight Loss by 3 Times! Amazing!


Many people have issues with excess weight and try with different solution in order to get rid of it. But, sometimes no matter how hard you try to lose weight, the diet plans turns out to be totally ineffective. At the Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences in Iran, there was conducted a survey about the effects of cumin in the process of losing weight. The survey included 88 women which were divided into two groups. The both of them were given the same diet plan which reduced their daily intake of calories to 500. They also consumed 5 ounces of yoghurt, but the only difference was that the first group used to add 1 teaspoon of cumin in it, while the other group didn’t add cumin at all. At the end of the regimen, the results showed that the group of women which consumed cumin lost even 3 pounds more in comparison to the other group. This survey confirms the benefits of cumin in burning fats. The cumin group managed to lose 13 pounds in total, while the non cumin group lost 10 pounds.

Benefits from cumin research
The group of women which consumed cumin succeeded to significantly lower the levels of triglycerides and cholesterol, while the other group decreased them by 5% only. Consequently, the cumin consumers burnt more calories and reduced the risk of obesity, diabetes, and heart attack. Besides for losing weight, cumin was proved to be really beneficial for human`s health as well. Researchers say that due to the phytosterols that inhibit the absorption of cholesterol in the body, cumin might also be able to boost the metabolism.
Benefits of using cumin:
  • Asthma– cumin has the role of expectorant which loosens up the accumulated mucus and phlegm in the respiratory tract;
  • Common cold– since it is rich in vitamin C, cumin is able to boost the immunity and consequently, prevent infections and toxins;

  • Insomnia– act as a relaxant and helps during sleepless nights;
  • Digestion– removes stomach aches and gas troubles.
Try cumin tea
  • 250 ml of water;
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
Preparation: put 1 tablespoon of cumin in a pot and put it on low heat for about 5-10 minutes. Then pour the water and let it boil. Cover it and let it simmer for 5 minutes. When done, strain the solution in a cup and drink the beverage warm. Optionally, add some honey or salt for better taste.
