This breathing technique has the same effects as sedative drugs have. They totally relax your body, as well as your mind, and thus let you fall asleep in less than a minute. Just put the tip of your tongue on the top of your mouth and keep it there while you perform the breathing.
Then, breathe out completely. This technique is also known as 4-7-8 breathing technique.
