PREPARATION OF RADISHSYRUP

125 gr. of piquant radish
3 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
1 ginger root (of about 2 cm)
Mix the radish and the ginger in a blender.
Squeeze the lemonjuice and add it into the blender.
Blend from 2 to 3 minutes. Then, add the 3 tablespoons of honey and the 2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
