Remove Uric Acid Crystals Of The Joints – Naturally


Purines occur in us naturally, but too much purines make crystals deposits in our joints and this makes gout. The gout is mostly seen in adults, but also when too much uric acid is in our blood. Signs are pain, redness, swelling, tightness, pressure in some areas like hands and toes of feet. Also knees, elbows, ankles and shoulders might suffer. But, we have natural ways to deal with this.

When we have to process the excess of foods like meat, gout happens. Some is released through urine and leftovers are in the body. When this stays inside us and is above normal, It is like deposits in some body areas.
The gout is mainly due to our diets and a healthy diet means prevention from uric crystals. Have foods with watery consistence and low purines. Such is cucumber. For every 100 g of it, you get 7 mg purines. This stops the gout and uric acid damage.
Also drink lots of water to be hydrated, to remove the uric acid easily and have watery fods as we said; zucchini, squash, fruits…
For natural curing of this issue, we have recipe for juice so you need:
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 lemon slice
  • 1 tsp ginger root
Wash every item, slice the cucumber and celery and mix them all with blender. Have it all day long and before eating.
Also, healthy food regime  and workouts help too.
If this acid is too high in the blood, try these recipes for juices:
  1. Mix 4 carrots, 1 mango, 1 pineapple slice, 30 g strawberries, lemon. Juice them and have this in the morning. Have another glass at night, if needed.
  2. 30 g cranberry is boiled in 1 liter water. After 5 min is strained and drank 3 times daily.
  3. Boil ½ onion in 1 liter water. After 3 minutes let it cool and add honey. Have it 3 times daily.
  4. 3 parsley springs, 50 g cabbage, ½ onion all in boiling water. After 15 min, remove of heat. Strain this and let this cool. Get lemon juice and add it. The drink is ready and take it before the lunch.

  5. Get ear of corn cob in pint boiled water. After 10 min, remove from heat, strain it and drink it 3 times per day.
  6. Boil ½ liter water with 2 tbsp dry elderflower. Cover this, strain it to cool and drink it. Add honey for taste.
  7. Squeeze a tomato and have the juice 3 times daily and also eat lots of tomatoes.
  8. Mix 3 tbs rosemary oil and 3 soybean oil. Massage the pain areas with this.
