The Simle Way To Wash Off Pesticides From Food!

A number of people are not aware of the fact that vegetables and fruit are often covered with pesticides. According to the Department of Agriculture of USA, 65% of the tested items turned out to be positive for pesticides!
And this is definitely not good.
The Environmental Working Group is an organization whose aim is to give precise and real information referring to the chemicals contained in the food and cosmetics as well as making sure that the customers know this information at the time when they decide to purchase these products.

This is the reason why the list which contains the foods and cosmetics filled with most and least chemicals, is being updated annually. And the customers are familiar with this information.
Among the products which contain the most chemicals are peaches, potatoes, apples, celery, strawberries, cucumbers, sweet peppers, snap peas, tomatoes, purple berries, spinach, kale, collard greens, and hot peppers.
Surely that organic fruit and vegetables is a better solution, but purchasing organic food is not budget-friendly at all. So, it is very important to learn how to wash non-organic properly.

According to the experts, the organic distilled white vinegar is a better solution than the commercial spray bottles. Mix white vinegar and 3 parts of water and pour the mixture into a spray bottle. You should spray this mixture on the vegetables and fruit, then rub them with a comb and wash with clean water.
Recent studies showed that these chemicals are related to a number of diseases. The fact that pesticides are associated with cancer shows that it is very important to lower the intake of toxic chemicals in order to protect your health.
