In this article we present you one recipe that you can make at your home. So, if you have an excess fat not needed to your body, or some extra liquid present in your abdominal area this is the best syrup for you.

Ingredients:
– 4 lemons
– 2 cm fresh ginger
– 3 tablespoons of honey

– 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
– 125g horseradish
Preparation:
In a blender, put the horseradish and the ginger and after they blend well, add the lemon juice and mix for 3 minutes. Then add the cinnamon and honey and mix till it gets syrup. Put the mixture in a glass jar and place in the refrigerator.
Consume 1 teaspoon of this syrup two times a day, before meals or training. Consume the syrup for three weeks and take a three weeks break afterwards.
