FIND OUT HOW MUCH WEIGHT YOU WILL LOSE IF YOU COMPLETELY STOP EATING BREAD

Tags

Experts explain that you need to avoid eating bread because it can drastically affect your current weight. But, is it really worth the sacrifice to give up this soft piece of heaven in your mouth?! Bread can provide you with many nutrients such as vitamin B and iron. However, if you eat it in large quantities, you will enter a lots of calories and probably get some extra pounds.
If you are wondering how much weight you can lose if you avoid eating bread, then you must know that it depends of how much bread you are consuming every day. For example, if you eat a lot of bread you will need a lot of effort.
However if by avoiding bread you mean not consuming your toast for breakfast, then do not expect drastic weight changes. On the other hand if by avoiding bread you mean also reducing the intake of calories in your everyday diet, then you will lose more weight.
Calories in bread
Even though bread is not very rich in calories, if you eat it with every meal, then you will significantly increase your calorie intake.

To know how you can lose weight by avoiding bread, you need to know approximately how many calories a day you enter with the consumption of bread.
White bread contains 266 calories per 100 grams or 80 calories per piece of 30 grams, while integral bread contains 247 calories, or a slice of bread of 30 grams contains 74 calories.
Moderate weight loss
“If you reduce your caloric intake by 100 to 500 calories a day, and you are physically active 30 to 60 minutes, this is a good way to lose all the excess weight”, say nutritionists Alan Tichenal and Joanne Dobbs from the University of Hawaii.
If you usually eat a piece of bread for breakfast, English muffin for lunch, bread for lunch, and another piece of bread for dinner, keep in mind that only the consumption of bread is around 454 calories a day or it means that you enter 3,178 calories per week.
If you want to lose weight one pound a week, you need a caloric deficit of about 3,500 calories, so if the current caloric intake is sufficient to maintain your weight, a reduction of 3,178 calories a week can help you lose a pound almost every week.
Is it worth it?

This is a question that every bread-lover will ask themselves, is that kilogram less really worth of this sacrifice?!
To solve this mystery we will say – Yes it is! You will feel much better and you will be able to eat more other things!
