How To Control Diabetes Without Any Pills Only Using Home Remedies !!


Achieving control of blood sugar varies for every person. Diabetes refers to a variety of metabolic disorders that cause high blood sugar levels over a protracted period of time. They occur either due to inefficient insulin production by the pancreas or to an inability by cells to react properly to the insulin that is released.
There are two main types of diabetes- type1 diabetes in which the body does not produce insulin and type2 diabetes in which the body does not produce enough insulin or the insulin that is produced does not work properly.
The common symptoms of diabetes are fatigue, weight loss, excessive thirst, increased urination, cut and bruises that are slow to heal and blurred vision.
Diabetes is one of the diseases cannot completely curable, it can be kept in control. So,  I am providing some of the home remedies that may help an individual to keep diabetes under control.



It is one of the best remedies for diabetes patient. Aloe vera has already proved its consistency in being beneficial in a lot of body ailments as a home remedy. Take equal quantities of aloe vera juice, turmeric mixes them together. Drink this mix every day before the meal as it will help in keeping diabetes in control.


Cinamon is another ingredient which controls diabetes. Take four teaspoons of cinnamon powder should be mixed with water and should be boiled in a low flame. Pinch of cinnamon with warm water also helps in curing diabetes.


Better gourd juice is one of the best remedies to keep diabetes under control. Drink bitter gourd juice at least twice a day. Bitter gourd also has some other benefits such as it also helps you to get rid of. Constipation and boosts your bowel movement.


Diabetes can also be controlled by a herb called fenugreek.powder of fenugreek seeds mixed with milk also helps thou keep away from this disease. Making it daily routine for few months controls diabetes.


Mango leaves is also effective remedies for controlling diabetes. Soak mango leaves for overnight in water and consume them the next morning on an empty stomach. Dry mangos leave and make a powder out of them and store it. Consume this powder with water,  twice daily for effective result.


A person suffering from diabetes shouldn’t consume sugar in any form if he or she really wants to control diabetes.
