One study in Germany, which was attended by over 20 000 people, showed that those who consumed only 7.5 grams of dark chocolate a day achieve health well-being at the heart and blood vessels. Nutritionists already know that cocoa is an ingredient that can be extremely beneficial to health, and Dr. Debra Miller even called cocoa the “super food” in an article published in the journal Chemistry Central Journal.
Let there be no misunderstanding, we’re talking about the benefits of dark chocolate on indicating that the cocoa content is of 70% and more. In our market there are several such products, with a cocoa content of 70 to 75%.

Important note:
Milk chocolate is not even close so useful, because they contain much less cocoa (generally less than 40%), containing milk powder, which may nullify the benefits of cocoa, also and refined sugar, which is not good for the body.

-Reduces PMS problems
Although there are studies that clash on this issue, since dark chocolate stimulates the secretion of endorphins, which increases the threshold of sensitivity to pain, and improves the mood, it is likely that a beneficial effect acts and in this case…
And to reiterate, just to avoid any misunderstanding: to achieve these benefits, you do not need to eat all panels of dark chocolate every day! One limp or two a day are suffice.
